How can I complete activities and claim credits?

Once you become a verified member of Figure 1, you gain access to our growing library of free CME activities.

There are two ways to earn free CME credits through Figure 1.

  1. CME activities in the CME & Education Center: Participate in a CME activity and complete a short post-test. Credits for Figure 1 activities are available to U.S. physicians and physician assistants.
  2. Case-based CME opportunities: Review a case in Figure 1 and answer three simple questions. Credits are available to U.S. physicians.

All healthcare professionals are welcome to view and complete the activities. However, for Figure 1 activities only U.S. physicians and physician assistants can claim credits (details below). Information regarding an activity’s accreditor can be found at the top of the activity’s first slide (“Jointly provided by …”).

Oakstone accredited activities

U.S. physicians and physician assistants can claim credits from Oakstone accredited activities by downloading CME certificates from the Completed CME tab in the CME & Education Center. Information regarding an activity’s accreditor can be found at the top of the activity’s first slide.

MedChi accredited activities

U.S. physicians can download a temporary CME certificate from the Completed CME tab in the CME & Education Center and claim their full credits from their Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education CME passport account within 90 days of completing the activity. Information regarding an activity’s accreditor can be found at the top of the activity’s first slide.

Med Learning Group activities

Figure 1 also offers CME activities from Med Learning Group in the CME & Education Center. Information regarding an activity’s accreditor and who is eligible for credits can be found on the activity’s first slide.

Case credits

We also offer the opportunity for U.S. physicians to earn free CME credits by reviewing cases on Figure 1. Simply review a case and answer three questions on how the case will impact your practice to earn CME credits.
