How do I customize the notifications I receive?
Push notifications are the best way to stay updated on cases you’ve shared and other cases you’re following. To customize your notification settings from the mobile app, open Account settings. Tap Activity notifications and select the notification settings you prefer. You can choose to receive email notifications, push notifications or both for any category.
